Diocesan Immigration Task Force
In solidarity with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we invite you to join in prayer and unity for peace and reconciliation. Enclosed you will find three optional Universal prayers of the faithful you may include at all your Masses this weekend.
World Refugee Day is on Friday, June 20: We ask that all parishes in the Diocese of San Diego offer the Votive Mass # 32 for Refugees and Exiles at a time that is most convenient for their parish community. We encourage pastors to provide information to parishioners on the Church’s social responsibility in support of immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Also, please read the attached letter detailing an action being organized that day.
Below you will find a letter from Bishop Ramon Bejerano, Bishop Felipe Pulido and Bishop Michael Pham.
